- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on the weight, size, and destination of your items.
We offer the following shipping options within Nepal:
A) Standard Shipping (For most Home Decor, Wallpapers, & Wall Clocks)
This applies to all items except artificial grass and mattresses.
B) Bulky & Oversized Items (Artificial Grass & Mattresses)
- Due to their size and weight, artificial grass and mattresses require special handling and delivery.
- A flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout, typically ranging from ₨ 1,500 to ₨ 5,000, depending on the size and your location.
- For some large orders, our team may need to contact you after you place your order to confirm the final shipping cost and arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
C) Free Shipping Promotion
- We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over ₨ 15,000.
- Please Note: This free shipping offer applies only to standard items and does not cover oversized items like artificial grass and mattresses.
3. Delivery Areas
We ship across Nepal through our network of trusted delivery partners. We strive to reach every corner of the country. However, deliveries to extremely remote locations may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will inform you before shipping.
4. How to Track Your Order

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your products. However, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
